At Hidden Hills Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition releases and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
